LightSculpt Studio fully supports copyright owners in protecting their intellectual property and abides by the requirements of the DMCA. Upon receiving a legitimate notice of copyright infringement, we will take action to disable or remove access to the allegedly infringing content. Consistent with the DMCA, we may share the notice and your contact information with the user who posted the content.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you are the uploader of the removed content and believe it was removed by mistake or because it was wrongly identified as infringing, you have the right to send a counter-notification. To ensure it meets the DMCA requirements, your counter-notice must include:

• Information identifying the content removed and its original location on the platform.
• Your complete contact information, including full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
• A written statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was mistakenly or wrongfully removed.
• A declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district (or any court in which the platform is available, if you are not in the U.S.) and that you agree to accept service of legal documents from the original complainant.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward your counter-notice to the complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days of receiving it, the material may be reinstated at our discretion.
