Refund Policy
At LightSculpt Studio, we are passionate about capturing life’s special moments with professionalism and care. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. Below is our refund policy, which outlines your rights and responsibilities when booking our services:
1. Appointment Cancellations
- If you cancel your photo session at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled date, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
2. No-Shows
- If a client does not show up to the scheduled session without prior notice, the appointment is marked as a no-show and is non-refundable.
- Rebooking may require prepayment for future appointments.
3. Dissatisfaction with Photos
- If you are not satisfied with the delivered photos, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your gallery or files.
- We will review your feedback and may offer free re-editing, a partial refund, or a complimentary reshoot, depending on the situation and agreement.
4. Custom Event or Package Bookings
- For weddings, events, or extended sessions, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
- If you cancel such a booking more than 10 days in advance, any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance are non-refundable.
5. Prints & Products
- Physical products such as prints, albums, and frames are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
6. Rescheduling Policy
- You may request to reschedule your session at least 48 hours in advance at no extra cost.
- Rescheduling within less than 48 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee, depending on availability and session type.
